Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. We WILL collect full payment at checkout but you have the option to cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled cancellation is no longer possible.
